The charter yacht DESTINY III is a luxury sailing catamaran designed for blue-water cruising. This performance catamaran will get you where you want to go in a hurry. She was designed to cruise in comfort.
DESTINY III’s wide beam creates a n amazing amount of interior space. In the main saloon. The large banquette table with U-shaped seating comfortably accommodates the entire charter party for snacks, meals, and board games. Open the large sliding doors from the salon to the cockpit to create one vast, social space.
A hardtop that extends out over the cockpit from the salon offers protective, cooling shade. This is where guests enjoy dining al fresco at the large table with seating for eight, cool sea breezes and panoramic views. This is also a favorite spot for shade-lovers to relax with a beverage while underway. For sun worshippers, nothing beats riding up front on the huge trampoline.
There are accommodations for six guests in three queen cabins. Each cabin is ensuite, with separate shower stall and electric toilet. The cabins are air conditioned and provide hatches and portholes provide good ventilation.
DESTINY III is available in all parts of the Bahamas including departing from either Cat Island, or George Town, to Ragged Island. She is available to start and finish in Acklins & Crooked Islands, as well as the Abacos.
Charters out of Cat Island means the first passage would be in Blue Waters for a minimum of 22 miles. (The distance to Conception Island from South Cat Island, normally about 3 hours)
A sailing vacation aboard DESTINY III is an excellent opportunity to experience the Bahamas that includes sailing, swimming snorkeling, SCUBA diving, or just exploring the islands.

SCUBA diving opportunities are offered at the start and finish of charters departing from Cat Island. Stops can be made at the dive resorts on both Cat Island, and Long Island during the week.

Getting There
There are nonstop direct flights to George Town (GGT) on Great Exuma from Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Toronto.
You also have the option to fly in and out of Cat Island if desired. In addition Makers Air offers direct flights to Cat Island from the Ft Lauderdale Executive Airport on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Silver Airways has scheduled direct flights to Cat Island, from Ft Lauderdale.
Another other options are to book a regularly scheduled flight to Nassau and take a connection to Cat Island on either Sky Bahamas or Western Air. There are two flights a day each day along with return flights.
Tipping Guidelines
The typical amount of the crew’s gratuity is 20% of the base price of the charter. You have the option of scaling the crew’s gratuity up or down based on level of service.
